Band JamboreeDette er ein marsj i tradisjonell form og stil.Den er skreven allerede i 1970, men har ikkje voren utgjeven før no. Ideen til stykket kom etter deltaking ved ein musikksommarskule. FORDI JEG ELSKER DEGDenne melodien er den norske versjonen av Bob Dylans 'Make You Feel My Love' Gjendiktet av Bjarne Hjelmeland og fremført av bl.a. Ingebjørg Bratland. På engelsk er den også fremført av mange artister, bl.a. er Adeles versjon veldig kjent. Teksten er en hyllest til kjærligheten og i større og større grad fremført i brylluper. Arrangementet er flere steder ganske tynt skrevet, pass derfor på at balansen mellom solister og akkompagnement er god og at balansen innad i gruppen også er det. Idar er i dag en meget aktiv komponist og arrangør, og skriver for mange ulike besetningstyper og solo-instrumenter. Hans produksjon spenner fra musikk for aspirantkorps via ulike kammermusikalske stykker til korps-symfonier og solo-konserter. Idar er også aktiv som dirigent for korps over hele Norge, og som foredragsholder og lærer ved kurs i regi av NMF. The myth was soon relayed to the Spanish conquistadors and inspired many expeditions, although the invaders didnt bring back nearly as much gold as they expected, if any at all. Eldorado is a mysterious and dynamic work that illustrates the myth of the golden man and the European expeditions that followed. With a touch of exotic influences, the music is varied and rich.
