1 phenolic ball with brass insert. Bright, clear and full-bodied sound. Great go-to stick for tons of repthink Pines, Mother Goose, Mahler Symphonies, etc. Same core as the 1B on fiberglass but with the added mass of a heavier brass insert and rattan handle.

Dragonfly Percussion Rattan: All of Dragonfly keyboard sticks are on the highest quality Indonesian rattan handles. They are all 7-7.5mm(+/-) in diameter (approx. 9/32) at the butt-end and 13 1/8 in length. Each pair is hand-selected to ensure both sticks are extremely straight and matched in both diameter and flex. Dragonfly then categorize the pairs to best suit the various models of the sticks they make.
