* Piano 2 should sound a quartertone down from regular pitch, either by tuning the piano or by playing the detunes part from a sample keyboard.

Both pianos should be mildly amplified (and reverbated) to achieve a more heavy or powerful sound, especially for the groovy/rhythmic parts.

The pieces may also be played separately; exept for the two "Palazzo pieces" (I,IV) which (if take out of the present context) should be performed together, as one piece.
