The core shape, hard cloth/felt covering, and high-quality bamboo shaft give you a staccato mallet with a full yet tight and clean sound. Great for a wide variety of things from Haydn all the way to Prokofievtry these on Prokofiev 6. Even excellent on percussion for tom toms and bongos.
