Ludwig Polar-Phonic LTd brass snare drum is the classic brass shell design that has been a part of the Ludwig sound since the 1920s. This snare drum delivers a softer, dry tone, along with a focused attack and controlled overtones.
Starting with the legendary 1.2mm USA Seamless Brass shell drawn from one single piece of brass, the snare is then outfitted with all copper-plated hardware, including a pair of die-cast hoops for a sound that sits perfectly in any musical setting.
Remo Ambassador drum heads top and bottom with a 18 strand Ludwig snare wire.
