Clarinet Crazy! ble skrevet til Leif-Arne Pedersen, soloklarinettist i Oslo-filharmonien, og Kongelige Norskes Marines Musikkorps som Pedersen var kunstnerisk leder for fra 2003 til 2008. Dette medleyet betår av låtene Nice Work if You can get it, But not for Me, Embraceable You og I got Rhythm, alle hentet fra Gershwin-musicalene Girl Crazy (1930) og Crazy for You (1992). Medleyet ble derfor kalt Clarinet Crazy!

Clarinet Crazy! is written for Leif-Arne Pedersen, Solo Clarinetist with the Oslo Philharmonic and former Artistic director at The Royal Norwegian Navy Band. The medley consist of the tunes Nice Work if You Can Get It , But Not for Me , Embracable You and I Got Rhythm . All four songs are from the Gershwin musicals Girl Crazy (1930) and Crazy for You (1992). Clarinet Crazy! became the obvious title of this medley.

Lars Erik Gudim

(f. 25/12-65) er trombonist, komponist, arrangør og band-leder fra Sarpsborg. Han har dirigert og arrangert for Kringkastingsorkesteret, Trondheim og Kristiansand Symfoniorkester, EBU-Storbandet(i Bergen år 2000), alle forsvarets profesjonelle korps, Festpillene i Nord-Norge`s turné storband, Bergen Big Band, Oslo Groove Company, Amandapris-utdelingen og storbandet på IDOL 2003-2005. Han har også arrangert, dirigert og/eller spilt trombone på en rekke forestillinger I Oslo-området, bl.a. Einar Schancke`s 40-års revy, Annie, Sound of Music og It´s Showtime på Chat Noir med Kåre Conradi og Marian Aas-Hansen. Siden høsten 2003 har han vært ansatt som fast arrangør for forsvarets fem profesjonelle militærkorps.

(b. 25.12.65) is a trombone player, composer, arranger and a band leader from Sarpsborg in Norway. He has conducted and arranged for the Norwegian Radio Orchestra, Symphony orchestras, The EBU big band, Bergen Big Band, Oslo Groove Company, and for TV shows. From 2003 he has been the staff arranger for all the five professional military bands in Norway
