TRACTION PLATE FOOTBOARD Like all Eliminators, the pedal has removable traction grip inserts that can be adjusted or removed to tailor the amount of grip or slip. CONVERTIBLE SPIKE / RUBBER FEET The extra large non-slip rubber feet have a push button activated spike that pops out for non-slip grip on carpet or rubber surface. A second button returns it instantly to its recessed position. FOOTBOARD DOCKING STATION The H2050 now features a patented (US Patent #7371952) footboard attachment system and docking station for improved stability and security during transport. The footboard is attached via a tongue and groove-type locking system that holds the stand rigidly at a perfect 90 degree angle for maximum stability. The integrated docking station clamps the footboard safely and securely during transport for maximum protection of the chain and cam system. POWERSHIFTER PowerShifter allows the player to quickly shift the footboard to one of three playing positions. This increases the back weight feel of the stick just enough to help it rebound quicker which you can really feel in playing doubles such as 4 stroke ruffs in Lt. Kije and 7s in Scheherezade. By making this model out of Hornwood Im also able to increase the weight of the stick without increasing size and bulk. Our Hornwood is very dense and hard and adds a couple grams of weight as well. The feel is something like rosewood or ebony but without the excessive vibration and low pitch that come with those woods. It is also extremely durable and will likely last you a lifetime if cared for properly. I feel this is the absolute best version of this stick I have come up with to date. Really a perfect stick for ANY soft playing that requires clarity.
